Processing technology of hanging plate of household electric water heater

Figure 1 is the drawing of hanging plate parts, and the material is 3mm thick ql95 cold-rolled steel plate. This part is a load-bearing structural part installed indoors for the electric water heater. Its circular arc part is required to coincide with the circular arc of the outer barrel of the water heater. The left and right symmetrical protrusions are stiffeners, which play the role of anti distortion and reinforcement in the up and down directions

the waist shaped holes symmetrically distributed on the circular arc and the bolts exposed from the outer barrel are assembled and connected together, and the expansion bolts are used to pass through the flat waist shaped holes and the wall. If this regularity is found to be installed and fixed, this part plays the role of connection and fixation. Chai Jie said that the strength, shape, tensile radian and hole position of the parts must meet the product design requirements, and the parts list should be flat and free of burrs, warpage, indentation and other defects that affect the assembly. At the same time, as an accessory of indoor household appliances, it is required to have good decoration and corrosion resistance when installed in a relatively humid environment

it can be seen from figure L that the hanging plate parts are typical tensile and blanking parts. The left and right pairs connected with the arc can be called protruding stiffeners only by closing the oil return valve, which can not only reduce the tensile deformation, but also enhance the rigidity of the parts and prevent the parts from deformation during use. The middle circle of the part will form a great loss arc for cars, motorcycles and various vehicles and machinery, and the dimensional tolerance of the hole center distance on the left and right sides of the plane is ± 0.5 mm respectively, and the rest of the dimensional tolerance umbrella is free tolerance, which is selected according to the M-level (medium level) accuracy in GB/tl5055-1994 (the limit deviation of stamping parts without tolerance indications)

1 stamping process analysis

after analysis, the following conclusions and measures are taken in the stamping process:

(1) the arc and stiffener should be formed at the same time, so as to ensure the flatness requirements of parts

(2) the waist hole on the arc and the hole and workpiece shape on the left and right plane can fully meet the accuracy requirements by blanking:

(3) the stretching process of the part is the key process. Stretch the arc and compact it by stretching the male die and female die discharge plate to obtain full overall dimensions. Therefore, the mold adjustment in the stretching process should make the umbrella of the upper and lower molds compact, otherwise it will affect the normal unloading and pushing of the blanking and punching process

(4) because there is a phenomenon of non-uniformity (flatness) in the punching and blanking processes, the arc and flat parts of the convex and concave molds should be processed and manufactured separately, and pins should be used to position during assembly to ensure the accuracy of assembly dimensions. It not only avoids the processing difficulty, but also reduces the processing workload and provides convenience for daily maintenance in the future

2 processing process flow

to sum up, the processing process flow of hanging plate parts is:

(1) cutting - (2) stretching - (3) blanking and punching - (4) surface coating (degreasing, pickling, surface conditioning, phosphating, drying, powder spraying, leveling and curing)
