Safety requirements for erection of fastener type steel pipe scaffold

1 fastener type steel pipe scaffold: it is divided into external scaffold and internal scaffold according to its erection position; Divided into single row and double row scaffolds according to the number of vertical pole rows; According to the height, the scaffolds are divided into general scaffolds, high-rise scaffolds, and structural and decoration scaffolds. The basic requirements for the operation of the specific erection are as follows:

1.1 the rotating speed of the mechanical and electrical equipment of the scaffold after modification shall be composed of vertical poles (soaring), longitudinal horizontal poles (large horizontal poles, downstream poles), transverse horizontal poles (small horizontal poles), diagonal braces (cross covers), throwing braces (pressure rails), longitudinal and horizontal sweeping poles and pull points. The scaffold must have sufficient strength The rigidity and stability shall ensure no deformation, inclination and shaking under the allowable construction load

1.2 before scaffold erection, remove obstacles, level the site, tamp the foundation soil and ensure smooth drainage. According to the requirements of the special safety construction organization design (construction scheme) of scaffold and the disclosure of safety technical measures, the setting out and positioning shall be carried out after the foundation is accepted

1.3 the base plate should be a wood plate with a length of not less than 2 spans and a thickness of not less than 5cm, or a channel steel. The base should be accurately placed at the positioning position

2 safe operation of erecting single and double row scaffolds bearing structural load

2.1 scaffold with height not more than 20m shall be erected while refitting the experimental machine used for model flight test identification. See Table 2 for main structural parameters

2.2 the vertical pole shall be vertically aligned and horizontally squared, and the vertical deviation shall not be greater than 1/200 of the frame height. The extension of vertical poles shall be connected with butt fasteners. The joints of two adjacent vertical poles shall be staggered for 500mm and shall not be in the same step frame. Vertical and horizontal sweeping rods shall be set at the lower foot of the upright

2.3 the longitudinal horizontal height difference of the longitudinal horizontal bar in the same step frame shall not exceed 1/300 of the total length, and the local height difference shall not exceed 50mm. The longitudinal horizontal bar shall be connected with butt fasteners. The joints of two adjacent longitudinal horizontal bars shall be staggered by 500mm and shall not be in the same span

2.4 the transverse horizontal bar shall be set at the intersection of the longitudinal horizontal bar and the vertical bar, and shall be perpendicular to the longitudinal horizontal bar. The extension of the end of the horizontal horizontal bar from the outer vertical bar shall be more than 100mm, and the extension from the inner vertical bar shall be 450mm

2.5 when the height of the scaffold is more than 20m, continuous diagonal bridging shall be set from bottom to top for every 7 vertical poles (a group) at both ends, and intermittent diagonal bridging (diagonal bracing) can be set below 20m, that is, it shall be set continuously from bottom to top from the corners of both ends of the scaffold (every 7 vertical poles are a group). Two rotary fasteners shall be used for splicing the cross bridging steel pipe. The joint length shall not be less than 500mm. 2.6 the tie point between scaffold and building under construction must be tightened firmly with double strand No. 8 lead wire or umbrella grade 6.1 reinforcement. The horizontal distance between tie points shall not be greater than 6m and the vertical distance shall not be greater than 4m. Flexible materials shall not be used to tie scaffolds with a height of more than 20m, and reliable supports shall be set at the tie points

2.7 during the erection of high-rise construction scaffolds (more than 20m high), m must be taken as a section. According to the actual situation, technical measures such as bracing, cantilevering and hoisting shall be taken to unload the load to the building in stages

2.8 laying and turning scaffold board: the scaffold board is laid on the operation layer of the shelf. There are two kinds of scaffold boards: wood and steel. Bamboo scaffold boards shall not be used. The scaffold board must be fully paved, tightly paved and stably paved, and there shall be no probe board and jumping board. The scaffold board can be laid head to head or overlapped. The scaffold board shall be laid head to head. The overlapped part must be double horizontal bars with a gap of 200 ~ 250mm. Where there are doors and windows, suspenders and struts shall be set. When the spacing between suspenders exceeds 1.5m, struts must be added

when laying the overlapping scaffold board, the overlapping length of the ends of the two boards shall not be less than 200mm. If there is any unevenness, wood blocks shall be used to pad the intersection of the longitudinal and horizontal horizontal bars, and broken bricks shall not be used to plug the pad

the turnover scaffold board should be operated by two people, and the cooperation should be coordinated. It should be turned from the inside to the outside one by one according to each gear. When reaching the outermost one, stand on the adjacent scaffold board and turn the outer one up. The safety belt must be fastened when turning over and laying the scaffold board. After the scaffold board is turned over, a layer of scaffold board or a layer of horizontal safety must be reserved at the lower layer as the protective layer. When the slab is not laid, the spacing between horizontal poles shall not be greater than 3m
