the section dik431+400 ~ dk444+350 of Weinan Weihe River Super Major Bridge of Zhengzhou Xi'an Passenger Dedicated Line is built by the third project management department of Zhengzhou Xi'an Passenger Dedicated Line of China Railway First Bureau, of which dk436+965.34 ~ dk437+078.74 are cast-in-place continuous beams that span the West Extension Railway (Longtai connecting line k1+ 880), of which 3 ~ 4 piers span the existing line; Dk437+520.54 ~ dk437+633.94 are cast-in-place continuous beams spanning Houxi Railway (Taiyuan West Railway k813+070), of which 19 ~ 20 piers span the existing line. Both places are designed as (32+48+32) m cast-in-place continuous beams

the maximum pier height of two cast-in-place continuous beams on both sides of the existing line is: the height of No. 4 Pier (across the West extension line) is 28m; PIER 19 (crossing Houxi line) is 16m high. The two continuous beams span the existing railway, and the pier height and span are large. In order to ensure the operation safety of the existing railway, the falsework scheme is adopted for construction

the bearing capacity of the continuous beam formwork and support scheme shall be checked and calculated according to the design requirements, and shall be reviewed and approved by the design, supervision, consultation and construction parties. The design safety factor is 1.3 and the anti stability safety factor is 1.5, meeting the design safety requirements. (see the continuous beam support drawing for details)

II. The safety protection organization

the project department has specially established a leading group for safety protection of continuous beam construction across the existing railway, which is responsible for leading the safety protection of continuous beam construction on the existing railway and preparing the emergency plan for safety protection. 4. Gou Zhiyong, deputy group leader, is responsible for the technical support of continuous beam construction to ensure that the construction quality of continuous beam is under control

5. Team member Li Da is responsible for communication to ensure smooth communication

6. Team members ZHAOLEI and xumin are responsible for the safety protection of the continuous beam across the West extension line and the logistics support for emergencies

7. Team members Gou Zhijian and anhuawen are responsible for the safety protection of the continuous beam of the trans Houhou west line and the logistics support of emergencies

other team members shall be responsible for the specific daily safety protection work of cast-in-place continuous beams in their respective work areas according to their work areas, and shall stand by during the whole construction process to ensure that the construction of continuous beams across existing lines is safe. (Note: work area 1 of Qiaoqiao is responsible for the construction of continuous beams across the West extension line, and work area 2 of Qiaoqiao is responsible for the construction of continuous beams across the West extension line. Both work areas are subject to the guidance and inspection of the leaders of the management department and relevant departments)

IV. safety control points and safety protection measures for continuous beam construction:

1.1 work area manager, technical director, safety and quality director, safety officer, protection officer, station liaison officer in charge of construction production and safety The shift leader must be trained by the railway administration and pass the examination before engaging in the management of the existing line. All personnel must be regular employees of the unit

1.2 all operators engaged in the construction of the existing line must receive the training on the construction safety knowledge of the existing line before taking the post, and can only take the post after passing the examination

, sign a construction safety agreement with the Railway Bureau

before using existing line facilities, launching or invading the construction limit, it must be approved by the Railway Bureau, the construction scheme must be reviewed and approved by the Railway Bureau, and a construction safety agreement must be signed with the relevant departments of the Railway Bureau

, strengthen the safety disclosure before construction

before construction, relevant units of the railway administration must be invited to disclose the layout and use of railway facilities on site to find out the situation of aboveground and underground facilities. At the same time, safety technical disclosure shall be made to the operation team on site to clarify the safety precautions during construction

, protection during construction

when traffic safety is involved in such matters as digging pile, bearing platform construction, temporary pier erection, Bailey beam erection, member and formwork hoisting, reinforcement hoisting, etc., it is necessary to report the operation application plan to the Road Bureau, and organize the construction according to the plan and dispatching order approved by the Road Bureau. When the support is removed after the construction of continuous beam, it shall also be handled according to the key construction procedures and the relevant provisions on construction safety and protection of railway operation site

4.1. Confirmation of underground optical cables

during the construction of pier foundation of continuous beam crossing railway, it is necessary to contact the Railway Bureau. First, the test pit shall be dug to find out the location and direction of cable burying. If it is necessary to relocate, it shall be constructed by a professional unit. When the protection scheme (such as installing discharge cable trough) is adopted, it is necessary to ensure that the cable is not squeezed, so as to ensure that the cables of railway communication, signal, electricity 1 and the initial operating force of the experimental machine are unblocked, Ensure the normal operation of the train

4.2. Construction of dug pile and bearing platform

4.2.1 before the excavation of dug pile, first contact with the electric affairs department and Railcom to confirm whether there are cables buried within the excavation range, and both parties shall go through the confirmation procedures (signed by both parties). If it is found that there are cables buried underground, the excavation pile construction can only be carried out after the relocation

4.4.2 excavation pile construction shall be carried out under the condition of deceleration (60km/h). A deceleration signal must be set at both ends 800m away from the end of the construction site. A deceleration location sign must be set at both ends 20m away from the construction site, and a safety officer and a protection officer must be set at the construction site

4.2.3 "one person and one machine" must be adhered to for protection during mechanical construction of existing lines

4.2.4 before hole excavation, the existing line shoulder shall be temporarily protected and a safety warning line shall be set

4.2.5 the construction of Excavated Piles shall be carried out at intervals and by leaps. Excavate one hole and pour one hole

4.2.6 during the hole digging construction, the concrete lock opening and retaining wall shall be set, the hole opening shall be no less than 0.3m higher than the original ground, the operator shall set up a soft ladder up and down, and the hole lighting shall be set, and the lighting power shall comply with the regulations on safe power use

4.2.7 spoil shall be transported to a safe area and shall not be stacked near the orifice and shoulder. Temporary drainage shall be kept smooth during construction

4.2.8 when the train passes, the construction shall be suspended and the personnel shall go to the hole to ensure safety

4.3 installation of universal members

4.3.1 the support foundation must be embedded in the concrete, and the steel plate must be firmly connected with the members. Before assembly, the safety warning line and protection shall be made

4.3.2 the clear distance between the temporary buttress and the track center is 3.7m (Houxi) and 4.5m (West Extension), and the clear height is greater than the 5.5m non-contact railway clearance requirements

4.4.3 the installation of poles must be carried out within the operation time approved by the Railway Bureau (apply for the daytime operation plan). The resident liaison officer shall go to the station 40 minutes in advance to go through the registration formalities and do a good job of protection on site. The safety officer and protection officer shall be on duty for supervision. It is strictly prohibited to operate without the presence of the safety officer and protection officer. Before the construction arrives at the site, the construction shall be stopped in advance. After checking that the line is normal, the station liaison shall be notified to lift the blockade and resume operation. The resident liaison shall make a record of cancellation

4.4.4 the universal members shall be temporarily stacked on the road shoulder without invading the gauge (the stacking shall be 25cm lower than the rail surface), stacked neatly and stably, and the remaining members, articles and tools shall be cleaned up at the end of work

4.4.5 in order to prevent the member from overturning, the temporary pier near the pier body shall be assembled first, and No. 10 angle steel shall be threaded at the ventilation hole in the middle of the pier to connect the buttresses on both sides of the pier. At the ventilation hole and the universal member, welded steel plates shall be used to form a tie top constraint to ensure that the temporary buttress does not overturn in the longitudinal direction; For the temporary buttress at the railway side, the cable wind rope shall be set at the middle and top to tighten the buttress along the line direction to ensure that the buttress does not overturn

4.4.6 the universal members shall be assembled in sections on the assembly site in advance. The hoisting shall be carried out within the train blocking time (skylight) approved by the Railway Bureau. Stop signals (sounding piers and displaying red flags) shall be set at both ends, and parking signs (red cards) shall be inserted 20m on both sides of the site. The safety officer and protection officer at the construction site shall keep in constant communication with the station liaison officer at the station at all times, make the operation statistics 17 registration, convey the train dispatching order in a timely and accurate manner, and both parties shall confirm the order number and the start and end time of the blockade. The construction team is forbidden to operate without the presence of safety officer and protection officer

4.4 installation of Bailey beam

4.4.1 the Bailey beam shall be assembled in advance on both sides of the railway. After two or three rows of the whole span are connected, the Bailey beam shall be hoisted as a whole, and the Bailey beam shall be placed firmly. Then, the Bailey beam shall be erected between each hole and connected firmly through bolts through changing the speed of the electromechanical

4.4.2 the erection and removal of Bailey beam shall be carried out within the "blocking time" (skylight) approved by the Railway Bureau. Stop signals (sounding piers and displaying red flags) shall be set at both ends. Parking signs (red cards) shall be inserted 20m on both sides of the site. The protection form is the same as that of universal pole installation

4.4.3 before the Bailey beam is hoisted, the connection quality of the Bailey beam must be checked and accepted by the safety personnel, and it can be used for hoisting only after it is confirmed to be qualified. After hoisting, each bolt shall be carefully checked for deformation and looseness for timely replacement and tightening. When installing Bailey beam and other large equipment, certain hoisting equipment and construction personnel shall be prepared for emergency rescue in case of emergency, so as to ensure the safety of railway operation

4.4.4 the Bailey beam shall be hoisted with a hoisting device that meets the hoisting range, height and weight. Therefore, 1 it must be prepared in strict accordance with the above startup sequence. When the Bailey beam is hoisted on the railway line, the driving test shall be conducted first

4.5 hoisting of distribution beam, surcharge preloading, reinforcement binding, formwork, etc.

4.5.1 the above construction contents are hoisted on the railway line, and the protection form is the same as that of the universal member

4.5.2 during surcharge preloading, special personnel shall be assigned to observe the changes of supports and Bailey beams for 24 hours in order to take measures. Unloading shall be carried out according to the procedure. It is strictly forbidden to drop the sand bag onto the railway

4.6 beam concrete pouring

4.6.1 after the completion of preloading, before pouring concrete, carefully check the deformation of the support, tighten the loose bolts, and wedge the gap at the support points with steel plates or miscellaneous wooden wedges

4.6.2

during the concrete pouring construction, the safety officer and protection officer shall be set up on the construction site to monitor. In case of any unexpected situation involving the safety of railway traffic, the protection officer shall intercept the train, and the on-site shift leader shall immediately start the emergency plan

4.6.3 the concrete pouring of the concrete beam (113.3m) is designed to be completed at one time. It is planned to use two pump trucks and two standby towing pumps. In addition to meeting the clearance requirements, the pump trucks shall be firmly placed and checked by a specially assigned person to avoid overturning accidents

4.7 support removal

the removal shall be carried out according to the technical disclosure. For the removal of supports on the railway line, the protection is the same as that of the corresponding installation items, and point construction is required

4.8 operation platform and safety

4.8.1 a working platform with a width of not less than 1.2m shall be set up at the top and bottom of the left and right sides of the external formwork along the beam direction. The lower platform shall be set at the outside of the beam bottom, and the transverse distribution channel steel shall be used as the wood approach slab on the beam; The upper platform is set outside the flange plate to form a tripod to connect with the formwork support, and the platform is fully paved with formwork
