Safety protection at construction site

(I) scaffold

1 The erection, removal and components of the scaffold must comply with the provisions of the technical code for safety of steel tubular scaffold with couplers in building construction and the safety protection standard for construction site of Kaili city construction project. The construction unit must prepare a special construction scheme for floor and cantilever scaffolds and formwork supports, including erection requirements, foundation treatment, bar spacing, wall connecting bar setting, removal procedures, etc., and attach design calculations, Construction details and details. After the scheme is confirmed by the supervision unit, the construction unit shall organize the implementation

        2. The use of tool scaffold must be designed and the construction scheme must be prepared and approved by the person in charge of the technical department. The supplier of the attached lifting scaffold must provide the legal qualification certificate and factory certificate for the design and manufacture of the scaffold, as well as the quality certificate, material list and other quality documents of various materials, tools and equipment used. The installation unit that attaches the lifting scaffold to avoid deformation of the thimble plate or stripping plate due to stress must provide the legal installation qualification certificate. Operators must receive professional training and obtain work certificates

        3. It is strictly prohibited to use wood and bamboo scaffolds and mix steel wood and steel bamboo scaffolds. When the overall height exceeds 24m, it is forbidden to use single row scaffold

        4. The scaffold foundation must be flat and solid with drainage measures; The scaffold must be supported on the base (support) or full-length scaffold board; Scaffold construction operation surface must be fully paved with scaffold board, which shall not be more than 20cm away from the wall, and there shall be no gap, probe board and jumping board; A protective railing and an 18cm high toe board shall be set outside the operation surface; If the distance between the inner pole and the building is greater than 15cm and cannot be applied to large load-bearing bones, it must be closed; When the clearance distance below the operating surface of the scaffold construction layer exceeds 3M, a horizontal safety layer must be set. When the level between the inner opening of the double bent and the external wall of the structure cannot be protected, the scaffold board can be laid; The frame body must be sealed along the inner side of the outer frame with dense mesh safety. The safety must be firmly connected, tightly sealed and fixed with the frame body

        5. The scaffold must be firmly connected to the structure according to the floor. The vertical distance of the connection point shall not exceed 4m, and the horizontal distance shall not exceed 6m. The connection must be made of steel materials; The scaffold must be provided with continuous diagonal bracing (cross cover), and the width shall not exceed 7 vertical poles. The included angle between the diagonal pole and the horizontal plane shall be degrees; The width of the sidewalk shall not be less than 1m, and the slope of the ramp shall not be greater than 1:3; The width of the Packway shall not be less than 1.5m, and the slope of the ramp shall not be greater than 1:6; A platform shall be set at the turning, and protective railings and toe boards shall be set according to the edge protection requirements. The spacing of anti-skid strips shall not be greater than 30cm

(II) foundation pit and formwork works

1 The foundation pit and formwork works at the construction site shall be constructed in strict accordance with the technical specification for deep foundation pit support and the safety protection standard for construction site of Kaili construction project

        2. Before the foundation construction and the excavation of trenches, pits and ditches, the construction unit must provide the construction enterprise with detailed data on water supply, drainage, power supply, gas supply, heat supply, communication, radio and television and other aboveground and underground pipelines, meteorological and hydrological observation data related to the construction site in writing, and ensure that the data are true, accurate and complete; The construction enterprise shall prepare protection measures for aboveground and underground pipelines

        3. Effective protective measures must be taken for the excavated grooves, pits and ditches at dangerous places, passages and pedestrian crossings to prevent personnel from falling. Red marker lights shall be set at night; During construction in rainy season, there must be good drainage system and facilities around the foundation pit; No soil, material or equipment shall be piled up within 1m from the edge of the groove, pit or ditch. The wellhead of the dewatering and drainage (well point) works during foundation construction must be provided with a solid protective cover plate or fence and warning signs. After completion, the well must be backfilled

        4. If the depth of the excavated groove, pit and ditch exceeds 1.5m, the slope shall be made or reliable support shall be added according to the soil quality and depth, and personnel ramps or ladders shall be set up. Both sides of the ladders shall be closed with dense mesh. If the excavation depth exceeds 2m, two protective railings must be set at the edge and closed with dense mesh. Northcote said that if the depth of the foundation pit is more than 5m, a special construction safety technical scheme must be prepared and demonstrated by experts

        5. The construction enterprise for manual excavation of large diameter piles must have grade I qualification or above for general contracting or grade I qualification for professional contracting of foundation and foundation engineering; The excavation of large diameter piles must adopt concrete wall protection, and the lower earthwork excavation can be carried out only after the concrete strength reaches the specified strength and curing time; Toxic and harmful gas detection shall be carried out before drilling operation, and drilling operation can be carried out only after it is confirmed to be safe; The continuous operation of operators under the hole shall not exceed 2 hours, and special personnel shall be assigned for supervision

        6. Before the construction of formwork works, a construction scheme shall be prepared (including the construction procedures for the design, fabrication, installation and removal of formwork and support, as well as the requirements for transportation and storage), and shall be implemented in strict accordance with the scheme

        7. The snap ring must be used for lifting the large formwork. Before each lifting of the large formwork, the sling and the lifting ring on each formwork must be checked one by one to see whether they are complete and effective; When lifting the large formwork of the wall, one plate shall be lifted. It is strictly prohibited to lift more than two large formworks at the same time; The unit weight of the large formwork shall not be greater than the load of the crane; When lifting two column formworks and angle formworks, the lifting points must be on the same horizontal plane; During the lifting of large formwork, a guide rope shall be added (that is, two large ropes shall be added to the lifting ring or formwork, and the position of the formwork shall be adjusted by pulling the large rope). It is strictly forbidden for the construction personnel to directly push and pull the large formwork; A special person shall be assigned to command the lifting of large formwork, and the formwork lifting shall be stable without deflection and large swing; The operator must stand in a safe and reliable place. It is strictly prohibited to lift personnel and materials with the large formwork; The vertical transportation of through wall bolts and other sporadic parts shall be carried out by using a hanging plate with a frame, and it is forbidden to use woven bags for direct lifting; Hoisting operation shall not be carried out when the wind force exceeds level 6 or when there is heavy rain, snow or fog

        8. Before the installation of large formwork, the diagonal brace, cantilever, springboard, guardrail and ladder shall be installed and connected firmly according to the positions specified in the formwork design plan; During the installation of large formwork, the principle of first inside, then outside, first horizontal wall and then vertical wall shall be followed according to the sequence of formwork numbering; The root and top shall be fixed; The large formwork support must be firm and stable, and it is estimated that the net profit attributable to the parent company in the first three quarters will be 124-148 million yuan. The support point should be set at a firm and reliable place, and should not be tied to the scaffold; After the large formwork is in place, the through wall bolts can be fastened before the lifting rings of the crane can be removed. For the formwork with narrow space and unable to install the outrigger and the formwork in place can not install the through wall bolts in time, the two front and back formworks of the same wall shall be connected with each other by riggings. It is strictly prohibited to use lead wires for temporary fixation; When assembling the flat formwork, the adjacent formwork shall be connected with fixtures or basket screws in time to prevent dumping

        9. The removal sequence of large formwork shall follow the principles of first supporting and then removing, second supporting and first removing, first non bearing parts, then bearing parts and top-down sequence; When removing the large formwork with support frame, the through wall bolts and other connectors between the formwork and the concrete structure shall be removed first, and the anchor bolts shall be loosened to make the formwork tilt back and separate from the wall; When the large formwork without fixed support frame is removed, it shall be firmly connected with the main reinforcement of the wall with rigging. It is strictly prohibited to use lead wire for temporary fixation; In any case, it is strictly prohibited for the operator to stand on the upper opening of the formwork and remove the formwork by shaking, prying or smashing the formwork with a sledgehammer; The removed through wall bolts, connectors and tools for formwork removal must be properly kept and placed, and shall not be scattered on the operating platform at will; Before lifting the large formwork, check whether all the through wall bolts and connectors between the formwork and the concrete structure have been removed. The large formwork can be lifted only after confirming that there is no connection between the formwork and the concrete structure. When moving the formwork, do not collide with the wall; During lifting, it shall be lifted vertically. It is strictly forbidden to use a crane to tear off the formwork or lift it diagonally

        10. The formwork storage area shall be determined at the construction site. The large formwork storage area shall be within the effective working range of the crane. It is strictly prohibited to place the formwork outside the storage area; The storage area shall be fenced. The ground must be flat and compacted with drainage measures. It shall not be stacked on loose soil, frozen soil or uneven sites; When stacking large formworks, the large formworks with support frame must meet the self stabilizing angle of 70 °? 0 degree requirement; The large formwork without support frame shall be stored in the special insertion support and shall not lean against other objects; During the storage of large formwork, two large formwork plates shall be placed face to face, and an operation spacing of not less than 600mm shall be reserved in the middle of the formwork; In case of severe weather such as strong wind, temporary connection and fixation measures shall be taken for the stored formwork, and the formwork cleaning and mold release agent painting operations shall be suspended

(III) "three treasures", "four ports" and edge protection

1 "Three treasures", "four entrances" and temporary power protection facilities shall be erected in strict accordance with the standard for safety inspection of building construction and the standard for safety protection of construction site of Kaili construction project

        2. All personnel entering the construction site must correctly wear safety helmets that meet the standards. The outer side of the building under construction must be sealed with dense mesh safety with specifications and materials meeting the standards according to relevant regulations, and can be put into use only after passing the acceptance. The safety belt must be fastened for work at heights, and shall be accepted and used according to relevant regulations. The safety belt must comply with the provisions of relevant standards

        3. Protective railings must be set at the entrance of stairs; The elevator wellhead must be equipped with protective doors and should adopt stereotyped, standard and tooled products; Protective shed must be set up at the entrance; The reserved holes must be provided with protective railings, capping parts, retaining safety, grid doors and other measures according to the specific conditions. Protective measures must be taken for edge operation. The above measures must comply with the technical code for safety of construction work at heights and the safety protection standard for construction site of Kaili city

        4. If the safety protection facilities must be temporarily removed or changed due to operation, it must be approved by the construction principal and corresponding reliable measures must be taken. The original safety protection facilities shall be restored immediately after operation

        5. The general contractor and the subcontractor (including the direct subcontractor of the owner) shall inspect, accept, hand over and manage the protective facilities according to the actual situation of the process and progress, so as to clarify the obligations, divide and strengthen the management
